Zantiques Services Terms that apply to orders made online on the Zantiques website: All items listed on the main section of the website are securely kept in Mill Hill, London, NW7. All other items are displayed in cabinets at Bourbon Hanby Arcade in Chelsea. In the event of an item being damaged and we noticing such upon shipment of your item, you will be advised of the issue with photographic evidence and we may: Withdraw the item from sale. Offer a full refund. Offer the goods at a mutually agreed lower price. Payment Methods We accept payment by: 1. Bank Transfer. 2. Cheque made payable to ‘Zantiques Ltd’. 3. PayPal UK directly through our secure server. Purchase and Order Acknowledgement Once you place an order through the website, you will receive an email stating that your order has been confirmed and that payment has been taken successfully. For payment by any other method, you will be emailed personally to confirm that payment has been received and has cleared. Shipping A further email will be sent to you confirming that your order has been received and dispatched. We aim to despatch items within three working days following cleared payment. Full tracking information and how to track your delivery will be supplied at the time of purchase. Delivery Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order please ensure that you have included your full correct address details, including the postcode, and your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event of any delivery problems that may be encountered. Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be within the intended delivery period and dispatched within our three working day policy, you acknowledge that in very occasional circumstances delivery or shipping on the requested terms will not be possible. Returning an Item In all circumstances we will endeavour to resolve every complaint. The buyer shall pay the return postage. The only exception to this is if the item has been accidentally misdescribed, in which event we will cover the cost of return. Goods will be refunded promptly once received and examined and confirmed to be in the same condition as at the time of despatch. Returned items should be sent by a secure method with full tracking information. Tracking information must be provided to us at the time of shipping the item back. Refunds or the process of initiating the refund will be actioned by us usually within three working days of us receiving the goods.
