These Terms and Conditions to the use of the Zantiques website and the Zantiques Services. By accessing the Zantiques website and the Zantiques Service you agree to be bound by them.

Zantiques Service
These terms apply to orders by made online on the Zantiques website. Internet orders relate to Internet transactions only and may not be available in elsewhere. Special offers at fairs and exhibitions do not apply to Internet prices.

Order Acknowledgement
You will receive an email confirming your order and that payment has been made, on the understanding that delivery is subject to the item still being available. You will then receive a further email confirming the order has been received and dispatched within 1-3 working days after full payment has been cleared.

Prices
All information regarding prices are correct at the time of order. It may be necessary to change prices from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we receive your order. All payment are through a secure server

Paypal ChequeBank Transfer

Foreign cheques may incur a surcharge fee which is charged at the same cost incurred by HSBC Bank. Cheques are to be made payable to: Zantiques Ltd

We do not accept cash for website purchases

Delivery
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order please ensure that you have included the full address details, including the accurate postcode, and your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Orders received on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be treated as having been received on the following working day.

Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be within the intended delivery period and dispatched within our 3 working day policy you acknowledge that in very occasional circumstances delivery or dispatchment on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full.

Cancellation
Cancellation can only be accepted if received at least 24 hours before the requested delivery date either by telephone or email.

General
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate as photographic processes will allow.

All photography on the site is owned by Zantiques and is an accurate representation as possible.

Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Zantiques site is fully operational and error-free, we cannot guarantee this and therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or any interruptions of the site and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the site inaccessible or unoperational.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Zantiques website for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Zantiques website and will be effective 24 hours after listing any such changes.

All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters and any claim will not exceed the cost of goods

Returns & Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your goods, please advise us in one of the following ways:
• You can either arrange to meet us at an exhibition or fair, or mutually convenient place with the goods.
• Return them to us by Royal Mail.
• Or advise us by calling TELEPHONE or emailing us at mail@zantiques.co.uk

In all circumstances we will need to establish that all information pertaining to the complaint is correct and valid. In all circumstances will endeavour to satisfy every complaint, whether it be the fault of Zantiques and/or any relay member.

These Terms and Conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights.
