Printed in Germany. 9 sets of 4 cards. 36 cards in total, printed in colour lithography or similiar process with four-line poetical captions in English underneath. Housed in the original box which is in carboard covered in glazed paper, edges say 'Struwwelpeter a Merry Game'. The lid printed in gold and colours with image of Peter on the lid and adverts for Myers and Co's popular card games on the bottom base with the rules of the game on a printed sheet pasted to the inside of the box. SIZE: 130 x 100mm CONDITION: Lid is broken at 3 of the 4 corners, 2 inner corners with small neat repairs else in excellent condition throughout.
