London: Thomas Rodd, Great Newport Street, 1830. First edition, first issue, 12mo, pp. 34, [2 ads], [4, 2, 2 inserted ads]; woodcut frontispiece, vignette title page, 4 woodcut plates by G. Cruikshank plus a vignette tailpiece. With page 29/30 mispaginated 21/22 as in early issues [Cohen 615]. "In the earliest issues there occurs an error in the pagination, pp. 29/30 being numbered 21/22" (as here). Cohen 615. Original printed wrappers bound in.

Seven volumes, each bound by Zaehnsdorf circa 1900 in full green polished calf, sides with triple gilt fillet borders, spine gilt with longitude red label onlaid, inner gilt triple fillet dentelles, grey endpapers.

SIZE: Volume: 157 x 100 mm

CONDITION: OVERALL: light minor rubbing or surface wear to all volumes (delicate collection), minor faults only else very good to fine.
NOTE: Tom Thumb: Small corner stain to advert leaves AND Bombastes Furioso: Original printed yellow wrappers very dust soiled.
